Adetola Osindero is the Managing Director of Kestavar Limited with his information Technology background and seasoned experience in Business Development Strategy and Sales. Detola has been able to develop kestavar into a proven technology solution company.

With over 16 years of experience excelling as an entrepreneur in Information technology and business consultancy, he has led projects within and outside Nigeria.

Detola is at the frontline of driving the execution of the organizational strategy and operational functions of Kestavar. He has a Bachelor degree in Computer Information Technology from Babcock University and also a Graduate of the Pan African University's Entrepreneur Management Programme. Detola is also a faculty member of MBFC Constellation.

Anthony has several years’ experience in the Finance and Risk industry; with extensive knowledge and expertise in product design, development, pricing and implementation of Financial products that balance market needs with corporate profit objectives. He also has hands on experience in marketing strategy, competitive research/analysis and sales support with a deep insight into risk management, modeling, and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Kestavar. he has over the years, he has worked with Sun Life Financial of Canada, Genworth Financial (Formally, General Electric Financial Assurance), and State Farm Life Insurance company in the US.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, Fellow of Life Management Institute and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and Statistics (First Class Honours) from the University of Lagos, Masters in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University, Montreal Canada and a Masters in Financial Econometrics from University of Kaiserslautern, Germany.

Gbenga Owoborode's career has been a *progressive journey* marked by significant roles and impactful contributions in the *Information Technology and Systems Management sector. With over **16 years of experience* as an entrepreneur in IT and business consultancy, he consistently delivers impactful results within and outside Nigeria.

From his early days at Procter & Gamble, where he maintained *ERP solutions, to his pivotal role at Reckitt Benckiser, managing substantial **IS budgets* and implementing critical systems to as the Technology Manager for Africa at *Sabi Am*. Gbenga's expertise in *technology management* and *strategic leadership* shines through. Currently, as the Chief Technology Officer at Kestavar,, he continues to drive innovation, overseeing the successful implementation of various solutions and products.

Olusola Oyawale is a renowned Business Process Expert with extensive experience in organizational development and transformation. With a strong background in business consulting, he has successfully delivered talent management projects across multiple countries, including Nigeria, Rwanda, Jamaica, UAE, and Canada. His expertise includes designing and facilitating learning and development interventions that drive talent retention and business growth.

At Kestavar, Olusola has built, transformed, and optimized numerous businesses, leveraging his expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and technology to drive organizational excellence. His recent achievements include consulting and organizational development of various companies and government agencies, both within and outside Nigeria.
